Job summary

Moment Factory in Montreal seeks a proactive Project Manager to guide large-scale immersive projects from concept to operation. You will define overall strategy, plan, and supervise work across creative, technical, and production teams.

Collaborate with clients and partners to ensure vision is translated into concrete results. You will own day-to-day delivery, manage timelines and budgets, assess risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

YOUR TEAM

As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with real estate developers, architectural firms, museums, science centers, and theme parks. Your team transforms large-scale infrastructures into immersive multimedia experiences, thereby creating iconic destinations that not only attract visitors and enhance the place's experience but also generate media attention and economic benefits.

YOUR MISSION

You have the responsibility to define and establish the overall strategy of the project. Planning, organizing and supervising are part of your day-to-day tasks as you are the one person closely involved in every step of the way, from conception to final operation. You represent the project, and you are the one managing relationships with the client while ensuring efficient communication between the latter and the production team. You are responsible for the on-time on-budget delivery of every aspect of the project that go according to predetermined criteria. Furthermore, you manage risk and advise teams by giving clear recommendations. You possess remarkable leadership and interpersonal skills. You are a talented communicator and a positive influencer.
