Job description

Arobas Personnel is currently looking for a Junior Project Manager for a contract position with one of our clients located in Montreal.

*Remote : Hybrid- 2-3 days/week in the office*

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle: scoping, resource planning, project scheduling, tracking, monitoring, and reporting.
• Create and maintain project documentation (Project Plans, Issue & Action Logs, Risk Plans, Communication Plans, Status Reports, etc.).
• Contribute to the continuous improvement process by maintaining the PMO library, documenting lessons learned, and improving templates, processes, and procedures.
• Monitor progress across multiple projects or programs and coordinate change management activities.
• Prepare reports, support financial tracking, and create professional presentations.

What we’re looking for:

• University degree required.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in technology project management.
• Strong sense of ownership, curiosity, and commitment to project success.
• Methodical and organized with the ability to handle several initiatives at once.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Project.
• Knowledge of project management standards and industry best practices.

• Bilingualism required, French-speaking environment
