As an experienced Project Manager in the Civil & Infrastructure team at Pomerleau Construction, you will manage large-scale building and infrastructure projects, ranging from several million dollars to over $1 billion. You will work closely with our client groups and subcontractors and be an integral part of our projects team.

What you will do

• Lead project procurement and execution, including planning, scheduling, estimating, and forecasting project budgets.
• Mentor and monitor your internal project team to ensure success.
• Build and develop positive relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, contractors, and subtrades.
• Manage bidding and contracts, utilizing your expertise in cost control and payment management to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate plans and specifications seamlessly while managing project finances.
• Adapt to changing client needs by providing innovative solutions that showcase your creativity and resourcefulness.

This role could be for you if you have

• An educational background in civil or construction engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, financial management, building codes, and legislation.
• A proven track record of project leadership and team collaboration.
• A passion for building and maintaining exceptional stakeholder relationships.
