Integrated into a project team, you will manage and organize SaaS solution projects within your scope, ensuring the threefold approach “Quality / Cost / Time” is respected to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction.

You will design applications that perfectly match the expressed needs, lead customization workshops, and oversee development by relying on the expertise of developers. Your expertise enables you to work in a multi-project environment.

Main Responsibilities :

• Understand user needs
• Identify gaps from the standard solution and find ways to reduce them to meet client requirements
• Write user stories to facilitate onboarding and testing
• Plan and coordinate technical designs
• Onboard the client in using their deployed SaaS solution
• Monitor expected evolutions in future phases
• Contribute to improving our SaaS platform through innovation

Who are we Looking For?

• You have proven experience in a similar role (Project Management / Implementation of SaaS CRM / ERP Solutions).
• As a functional expert and facilitator, you understand client / project challenges and can support all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Your agility allows you to handle both simple and complex projects of varying durations in both French and English.
• You are comfortable managing large volumes of data.
