What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage project timelines, milestones, open issues, and resource allocation
- Serve as the key contact for communications with internal teams, customers, and suppliers
- Use MS Project (or similar tools) to track tasks and timelines
- Ensure targets are met for quality, timing, and budget
- Coordinate design, fabrication, and implementation phases
- Create and manage Statements of Requirements (SOR) and quality checklists
- Debrief management on project status, risks, and deviations
- Support and promote continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and company policies
- Develop and maintain project templates and best practices
- Perform additional duties as required
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- Proven experience in managing automation and equipment projects
- Strong understanding of automated systems and multidisciplinary engineering processes
- Proficiency in project planning tools and FMEA
- Familiarity with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 quality systems
- Mechanical aptitude and technical communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional efforts and drive results
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience with equipment validation and quality compliance tools
- Background in automotive or high-volume industrial automation
- Developed project templates or managed standardization of project processes
- Experience managing budgets and reporting to executive leadership
