• As a Project Manager you will take pride in supporting the projects within light industrial, institutional, commercial, retail and tenant improvement work;
• Project management from pre-construction to completion; design, budgets, billing & invoicing, schedules, and planning
• Lead project meetings with strong presentation skills and stakeholder relationships
• Manage forecasting, cost reporting and cashflow to ensure project profitability
