Horizon Contracting Group in Canada is seeking a Project Manager who is equal parts leader, problem-solver, and relationship-builder to take ownership of landscape construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
You will manage budgets, schedules, and client relationships, supported by our Project Manager Playbook, with a hands-on team on site and across Lower Mainland or Sea to Sky offices.
At Horizon, we don’t just build landscapes - we create spaces that connect people, inspire pride, and stand the test of time.
We’re looking for a Project Manager who is equal parts leader, problem-solver, and relationship-builder — someone who thrives on taking big ideas and turning them into beautifully executed projects.
If you love collaborating with great people, tackling challenges head-on, and seeing your work come to life, this might be your next big move. This role will be a shared role between our Lower Mainland and Sea to Sky Offices. You choose which office is your home!
From contract award and pass over to final handoff, you’ll take ownership of your projects - budgets, schedules, and client relationships included. You’ll be supported by our proven Project Manager Playbook but trusted to lead with your own expertise and initiative. You may have a Project Coordinator to support and you have a strong field team as your eyes and ears on site.
You will:
Some days you’ll be planning and forecasting in the office; others, you’ll be walking sites, solving challenges, and celebrating progress with your team.
Certifications such as Red Seal, CHT, CLM, or ISA are an asset (completed or in progress).
Because your work here matters — and so do you.
We value collaboration because it drives better projects, stronger teams, and continuous growth. It’s how we deliver quality work and take pride in what we build together.
Here’s what you can expect:
This role can have their office hours out of our Squamish or Langley offices.
The pay range for this role is:
90,000 - 130,000 CAD per year (Lower Mainland)
