About the Role


Eavor Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team. Based in Calgary, Alberta, and working in a hybrid capacity, you’ll play a key role in planning and delivering complex capital projects from early-stage development through execution. This role goes beyond project coordination—it’s about driving outcomes, aligning cross-functional teams, managing risk, and maintaining project momentum.

Some of What You Will Do:


• Lead internal and external projects across various stages, from early development through execution and close-out.
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations in alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery on scope, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with engineering, commercial, regulatory, and operations teams to ensure alignment across all phases.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal leadership.
• Prepare project status reports and present updates to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
• Support the preparation of proposals, RFIs, RFP responses, and cost estimates for new project opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to governance processes and contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices.

Some of What You Will Need:


• 7–15 years of experience in project management, ideally within oil & gas, geothermal, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven track record of delivering upstream, energy, or utility infrastructure projects on time and on budget.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle stages including FEED, design, procurement, and execution.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with risk management, cost control, and schedule tracking.
• Experience in working across technical, commercial, cultural, and geographic boundaries.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
• Preference for upstream O&G, Energy infrastructure, or equivalent industry experience.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Background in development engineering or understanding of project economics is an asset.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Calgary-based role, with occasional travel based on project needs.
