What We Need From You

Reporting to one of our Operational Senior Management Team in our Scotland Region, you will manage allocated multidisciplinary projects and their associated activities from conception through to completion, delivering work that meets project requirements, customer satisfaction, SHEQ standards, and in accordance with Morgan Sindall standards. Our Project Managers oversee the successful delivery of projects to scope, target cost, quality, programme and completion encompassing design, engineering, construction, handover and commercial aspects ensuring Perfect Delivery is achieved.

  • You will need to be able to provide or obtain the right to work in the UK.
  • You will need to be able to drive and provide or obtain a full UK Driving Licence to travel across our projects, this is predominantly a site-based role to support our projects across the Central Belt area including Edinburgh, Glasgow, North Lanarkshire, Ayrshire, East Dunbartonshire, Dumfries and more.
  • Are you an experienced construction Project Manager with extensive project management experience in the construction industry?
  • You will have a qualification or the skills and experience at SCQF Level 10 (e.g., HND, Degree level) and hold relevant operational certifications including SMSTS, SEATS and the appropriate CSCS card.
  • Implement a full risk and value engineering management process where all risks and cost savings opportunities are identified and actioned
  • Responsible for all safety, health, environment and quality matters including driving excellence and championing continuous improvement.
  • Advise the project team on project planning activities and initiatives and present recommendations and project delivery status updates to key customers and stakeholders
  • Preferably, you will be CIOB accredited.
  • Have a real passion for the industry and want to deliver exceptionally, the places where we live, learn, work, play, care and protect.
