Job description

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Project Management Specialist for a 1.5-year Remote contract opportunity with the possibility of extension. This role is with our Crown corporation client in downtown Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate must hold a valid Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist with cyber technology projects, including cloud security operationalization and automation involving multiple systems, processes, and stakeholders.
2. Oversee Cyber Security projects focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM).
3. Develop and present project proposals, implementation plans, status reports, and change and risk logs.
4. Prioritize and coordinate work to achieve project objectives, ensuring collaboration across teams.
5. Assist with change requests and risk mitigation plans.
6. Track success measures related to adoption and transformation progress.
7. Coordinate communication with all relevant functional areas regarding project scope, business value, risk, and resources.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
9. Collaborate with client teams to coordinate interdependencies and optimize delivery flow.
10. Assist employees with Agile and project management practices.
11. Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog management.
12. Provide regular updates on progress and value delivery.
13. Ensure completion of all project deliverables and documentation.

Mandatory requirements:

1. University degree or college diploma in computer science, engineering, or business administration.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in information security and IT.
3. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Project Management Specialist overseeing cyber security solutions.
4. At least 3 years' experience working as a ScrumMaster with multiple IT Scrum Teams.
5. Certified ScrumMaster / Professional (CSM or CSP).
6. Ability to translate business needs into application solutions.
7. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
8. Experience with facilitation and problem resolution.
9. Experience with Cloud initiatives (AWS or MS Azure).
10. Experience with SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint IdentityNOW projects.
11. Experience transitioning to a managed services model for Identity Administration solutions.
12. Experience facilitating workshops and presentations, including to senior stakeholders.
13. Experience in overseeing Zero Trust Strategy build.
