Enabling Healthcare Across Networks of Central East (ENHANCE) Ontario ("EO") is a not-for-profit entity providing centralized IT services to seven member hospitals, managing shared digital assets to support high-quality patient care across 14 sites.

Job Description

Position Overview:

A Project Management Office (PMO) will support the Regional Operations Team, led by two Project Management Leads (PMLs), who will oversee multiple regional projects, collaborating with internal hospital teams and external stakeholders, including providing support to governance committees and executive leadership. Both PMLs report to the Senior Director of Regional Operations.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage all phases of project lifecycle: concept, definition, planning, implementation, and closeout, applying appropriate project management practices.
  2. Create and maintain project charters and plans aligned with requirements.
  3. Engage with stakeholders including hospital organizations, regional governance, and external partners.
  4. Identify, manage, and escalate risks and issues; recommend mitigations.
  5. Monitor project progress, analyze reports, and troubleshoot.
  6. Conduct post-project reviews and compile recommendations.
  7. Support regional governance committees and workgroups with administrative and project management tasks.
  8. Collaborate with Committee and Workgroup Chairs.
  9. Lead regional procurement initiatives in compliance with the Broader Public Service Directive.
Requirements
  1. University degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Project Management certification.
  3. 3-5 years of project management experience in healthcare, including process development.
  4. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Adaptability to shifting priorities with analytical problem-solving skills.
  9. Effective facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement.
  10. Responsive to project changes with political sensitivity.
