Job summary

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is seeking a Team Leader, Project Management to oversee the delivery of infrastructure and environmental projects. You will coordinate work among Client-Partner representatives, oversee a project team, and ensure quality, on-time deliverables while supporting the Client-Partner relationship.

Qualifications

• Minimum: college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with five years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent.
• Preferred: university degree in one of the above fields and/or additional training in project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and prepare documents for long-term projects (approvals, statements of work, budgets).
• Coordinate work with Client-Partner representatives.
• Monitor and control project schedule and costs.
• Promote and manage business development opportunities.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships within DCC and with stakeholders.
