Job summary

Reliance Impact Inc. in Canada is seeking an Estimator for interior fit-out and new build construction projects. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labor, and subcontractor costs, to form project budgets and schedules.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine scopes, analyze bid documents, and ensure accurate estimates. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and at least five years of estimating experience

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a construction estimating role with a focus on new build projects.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine project scopes and budgets.
• Familiarity with bid documents, subcontractor costs, and cost optimization strategies.
