Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of procurement engineering documentation and related documents.
• Establish and maintain vendor document review workflows and ensure timely closure of comments.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, construction, commissioning, subcontractors, suppliers and the customer to resolve technical and commercial actions.
• Monitor action items, risks, issues and commitments with follow-up and resolution.
• Support project schedule development, progress tracking and reporting activities.
• Prepare meeting agendas and support stakeholder engagement and management reviews.

### **Job Description**## **Overview** The Project Engineering Coordinator, reporting to the Project Manager, Procurement Integration, plays a key role in supporting the successful delivery of equipment packages for the Darlington New Nuclear Project (DNNP). Working closely with project leadership, the successful candidate will coordinate engineering, procurement, and stakeholder activities to support equipment delivery objectives while ensuring alignment with project schedules, quality requirements, and regulatory expectations. This role requires strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills, with a focus on supporting Procurement Engineering activities.
