Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Project Engineer to support project reporting, design tracking, and day-to-day coordination of engineering deliverables. The role involves maintaining project logs and dashboards, ensuring progress aligns with objectives, and supporting schedule updates and progress reporting.

Based in Oakville, Ontario, the candidate will work within a team-oriented environment on civil/construction projects in Eastern Canada.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 3-8 years of project engineering or project coordination experience.
• Experience supporting engineering or construction projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and project controls information.
• Experience with document control, change tracking, action item management, and coordination across engineering or construction teams.
• Proven ability to work productively, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively in a team-oriented project environment.

Position Overview

The Project Engineer will support project reporting and design tracking forthe project. This role will coordinate engineering deliverables,maintainproject logs and dashboards, and provide day-to-day support to keep reporting and design progress aligned with projectobjectives.

Eastern Canada District's projects include highways, bridges, mass transit, mine site development & open pit operations, hydroelectric powerhouses, wind-power plants, dams & industrial. The serve the construction and mining industries and operates in Eastern Canada.

This role is based in Oakville, Ontario.

Base Compensation:$110,000/yr -$130,000/yr
(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
