Job summary

Lactalis Canada is seeking a Quality Manager who reports to the General Manager and drives the implementation and monitoring of quality management and continuous improvement activities. You will provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers, review QMS documentation, and collaborate with production to ensure compliance with specifications.

The role includes conducting internal audits, managing non-conformances, maintaining training systems, and leading improvement

Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Experience with quality management systems and audits.
• Experience coordinating with production and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers.
• Review and maintain the quality management system documentation.
• Work closely with production personnel to ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements.
• Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems.
• Manage the internal and external non-conformance process.
• Review and maintain the production employee training system.
• Maintain statistics related to product quality monitoring and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead continuous improvement workshops.
• Manage the new product validation process.
• Manage the calibration system.

Required Qualifications
