Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with an EIT/PE designation or eligibility.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects and budgets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and third-party designs; manage consultancies/contracts.
• Prepare and monitor project work plans: scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk.
• Read, review and interpret engineering designs and specifications.
• Represent projects in public engagement processes and stakeholder meetings.
• Ensure compliance with PMF standards and city policies.
