- Experienced Project Manager, able to independently lead large-scale projects / programs in the field with minimal direction and guidance. A key leader in the delivery of complex projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and creative thinking.
- Works cross-functionally with local and divisional team members to establish deliverables for projects of all sizes.
- Typically responsible for a project portfolio valued at over $8M annually.
- Develops strategies and plans ahead to identify issues related to schedule, cost, or sales service expectations.
- Establishes and leverages external relationships with equipment suppliers to identify new innovations and optimize current technologies.
- Builds a strong collaborative network with a culture that fosters enthusiasm and commitment to the work and the organization.
- Develops and promotes strategies to maximize the organization's ability to innovate, improve, and produce high-quality results.
- Develops conceptual scopes for new production lines and capacity increases, including manufacturing processes, packaging, warehousing, buildings, and utility equipment.
- Demonstrates strong budget estimation and cost management skills.
- Drafts financing documents (Capex) and creates presentations for approval requests.
- Demonstrates strong project time management skills, including establishing completion schedules and developing acceleration options.
Required Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, or industrial engineering
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
