Our client in the Greater Quebec city area, a tier one global company has a full time oportunity for a Project Engineer...........

• Experienced Project Manager, able to independently lead large-scale projects / programs in the field with minimal direction and guidance. A key leader in the delivery of complex projects, demonstrating strong organizational skills and creative thinking.
• Works cross-functionally with local and divisional team members to establish deliverables for projects of all sizes.
• Typically responsible for a project portfolio valued at over $8M annually.
• Develops strategies and plans ahead to identify issues related to schedule, cost, or sales service expectations.
• Establishes and leverages external relationships with equipment suppliers to identify new innovations and optimize current technologies.
• Builds a strong collaborative network with a culture that fosters enthusiasm and commitment to the work and the organization.
• Develops and promotes strategies to maximize the organization's ability to innovate, improve, and produce high-quality results.
• Develops conceptual scopes for new production lines and capacity increases, including manufacturing processes, packaging, warehousing, buildings, and utility equipment.
• Demonstrates strong budget estimation and cost management skills.
• Drafts financing documents (Capex) and creates presentations for approval requests.
• Demonstrates strong project time management skills, including establishing completion schedules and developing acceleration options.

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, civil, or industrial engineering
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Ability to manage multiple projects, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English.
