Applies established or modified engineering methods or techniques where possible while focused on increasing the ability to introduce new products and services efficiently, thereby providing a competitive value proposition. Contributes to and supports the development and implementation of new technologies.

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related quantitative discipline.
• Professional Engineering designation preferred.
• Two (2) years of engineering-related experience.
• Knowledge of FedEx operation procedures and practices.
• Knowledge of Lean principles and Six Sigma preferred.
• Knowledge of Project Management principles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Travel may be required within the geographical area.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
