Job summary

Metric DCX in Finland is seeking a Project Director to lead a flagship hyperscale data centre development from start to handover.

The role requires senior leadership across construction, programme, commercial performance, and commissioning, with responsibility for delivering on schedule and budget while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and reporting to executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of major CSA & MEP construction programs.
• Experience managing GC(s), consultants, vendors and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, risk, quality and commissioning.
• Track record taking complex projects from construction to operational handover.

Project Director – Data Centres | Finland | On-Site

I’m supporting a major data center platform with the appointment of an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of a large-scale hyperscale development in Finland.

This is a senior leadership position with responsibility across the full project lifecycle, leading multidisciplinary teams and taking ownership of construction, programme, commercial performance, commissioning and handover.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership of major CSA & MEP construction programs
• Experience managing General Contractors, consultants, vendors and internal delivery teams
• Strong understanding of cost, schedule, risk, quality and commissioning
• Track record taking complex projects through construction to operational handover
• Comfortable operating as the senior project leader and reporting into executive leadership
