Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Lead in Helsinki to oversee a team of Mechanical Engineers for data centre projects. You will coordinate with the Contracts Manager and site engineers to provide accurate technical information and ensure timely delivery of mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Engineering with proven scheduling, sequencing, and leadership experience, specifically in delivering Data Center MEP projects.

• Strong leadership in managing MEP teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage your team to deliver mechanical systems on data centre projects.

• Review drawings and specifications and address design errors promptly.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring workmanship and safety.

Due to ongoing growth, they are seeking a skilled Mechanical Lead to join their dynamic team in Helsinki, Finland.

The Work

As a Mechanical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating a team of Mechanical Engineers in the delivery of essential data centre construction projects. Based in Helsinki, Finland, you will:

• Lead and manage your team to ensure successful delivery of mechanical systems.
• Collaborate with the Contracts Manager, site engineers, and other leads to provide accurate technical information.
