Job summary

Reliance Impact in Toronto is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. You will provide executive oversight across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client delivery, while guiding Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.

The role requires 12+ years of GC experience, data center exposure, and strong client-facing leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive general contracting experience.
• Experience leading large, technically complex construction projects.
• Data center or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, client-facing and project leadership skills.
• Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
