You'll play a key role in critical project phases, from Basic Engineering and Detailed Engineering to Construction, gaining hands-on experience across a variety of commodities. We are currently seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Site Project Director to be based in either Toronto or Burlington. We are open to discussing other office locations if you are the right fit.

The candidate should (ideally) have experience with remote, northern Canada projects with logistical challenges, as well as experience with rail and port infrastructure, open pit mining, and mineral processing.

About The Role

16. Travel to project sites and offices as needed.

20. Provide leadership and oversee project plans and outcomes.
21. Build and guide project teams based on core values.
22. Manage project dependencies, deliverables, and budgets.
23. Drive invoicing and cash collection.

26. Obtain project approvals and close projects.

28. Build knowledge of client businesses.

About You

1. Degree in business, construction management, or engineering.
2. Member or candidate of PMI.
3. 20+ years’ project management experience, preferably in EPC/EPCM or large organizations.
4. Experience with international project practices.
5. Successful delivery of large EPCM projects valued at USD 1 billion+.
6. High standards in project execution, quality, safety, and sustainability.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Leadership ability to guide teams and build business capability.
9. Commercial acumen in expanding and developing client relationships.
10. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
