As a Project Cost Controller, you will provide financial support across a portfolio of engineering and project-based work, helping ensure planning, forecasting, cost control, and financial performance throughout the project lifecycle. Working with Project Managers and business stakeholders, you will maintain budgets and forecasts, monitor project performance, and provide financial insights that support informed decision-making. You will also help strengthen portfolio reporting through dashboards, performance metrics, and consolidated financial reporting across multiple business units. This is an individual contributor role that offers the opportunity to support strategic planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and the delivery of projects that contribute to Westinghouse's clean energy mission.
You will report to the Senior Project Portfolio Manager and be assigned at one of our locations in Burlington, Peterborough, Port Elgin, or Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. This position will be offered as a hybrid role. Employees working in hybrid roles are expected to work onsite at the assigned office location 2 days per week and may work from home 3 days per week, subject to business needs.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $106,000 to $132,500 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
