Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC in Toronto seeks a Project Coordinator to join the Capital Projects team supporting a major healthcare P3 project. You will coordinate with the Senior Project Manager, Field Project Manager, Engineering, Technical team, Procurement, Vendors and customers to help deliver the project.

This role blends project coordination, warehouse presence, site support, procurement follow-up, and strong documentation skills to keep materials, meetings and actions organized and moving

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $80,000.00 Annually

Convergint is currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join the Capital Projects team to support a major P3 healthcare project in Toronto.
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Project Manager, Field Project Manager, Engineering, Technical team, Procurement, Vendors, Subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to support the day-to-day delivery of a large-scale integrated systems project.
This position combines project coordination, warehouse presence, periodic site support, procurement follow-up, and strong documentation skills. The successful candidate will take ownership of assigned project activities, coordinate across internal and external teams, participate in customer-facing discussions, and independently lead coordination items as they become familiar with the project. The role will help ensure materials, documentation, meetings, commissioning activities, and project actions remain organized and continue to move forward.
