About The Role

Graham is seeking Project Coordinators to support upcoming projects within our Infrastructure/Water division. The Project Coordinator reports directly to the Project Manager and will assist with coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions.

As a Project Coordinator at Graham, You Will

  • Monitor labor, equipment, material, and subtrade costs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Review and monitor cost accruals regularly with the Project Manager
  • Review and code timesheets for proper cost allocation
  • Assist in developing project schedules and monitor updates regularly
  • Compare actual construction progress with schedules, identify critical paths, and monitor manpower and material deliveries
  • Submit requisitions for materials and equipment, ensuring proper documentation
  • Manage control drawings, records, and revisions
  • Handle site instructions and change orders
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation and records of testing and inspections
  • Provide written documentation for clarifications and instructions and attend meetings as required

Qualifications/Experience

  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or completion of a Certified Engineering Technologist program
  • Experience in a similar construction role is preferred, especially with a General Contractor
  • Experience with project management software like P6, Ineight, or MS Projects is an asset
