Job summary

Bird Construction in Port Hope, Ontario is seeking a Project Coordinator - Industrial East to support the delivery of industrial projects. You will coordinate office and field activities, manage documentation, schedules, and reporting, and help teams stay on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Project Controls, or similar construction support role.
• Postsecondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related discipline is considered an asset.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments and deliverables.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships across project teams.

The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the successful delivery of construction projects by coordinating activities between the office and the field. This position is well-suited for an organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, solving problems, and helping project teams stay on track. This role is site based and is located in PORT HOPE, Ontario

What You Will Be Working On
