• Communicating plans, risks, and issues with stakeholders.
• Assisting the Project Manager with admin tasks.
• Coordinating day-to-day activities for the PM team.
• Generating progress reports from project data.
• Allocating resources and tracking subcontractor costs.
• Defining project scope with the team.
