Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and gender-responsive delivery, and supported by comprehensive wraparound services, FutureReadyHer creates pathways to meaningful employment and long-term economic inclusion for newcomer women.
The Project Coordinator provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the effective implementation of program activities. Reporting to the Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating event logistics, maintaining documentation, supporting stakeholder communications, and assisting with day-to-day operational activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, an understanding of digital and AI workforce pathways, and a commitment to gender equity, trauma-informed practice, and inclusive employment strategies.
