Job summary

Havas CX Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our growing team. You will support the day-to-day delivery of digital and technology projects, building and maintaining plans, timelines, and schedules while coordinating across UX, Design, Development, QA, Strategy, and Client Services teams.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and keep tasks moving.
• Working knowledge of Agile or Scrum delivery practices.

Responsibilities

• Support sprint planning, backlog management, stand‑ups, and other Agile activities.
• Maintain clear and accurate project documentation and status updates.
• Support QA, UAT, content, and launch activities.
• Flag risks, blockers, scope questions, and timeline concerns early.
• Take ownership of smaller projects or workstreams with support from Project Managers.

Havas CX Canada is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is a strong fit for someone with 1–2 years of experience in IT, technology, or digital project delivery who wants to grow their project management career in a fast-paced agency environment.

You’ll work alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams across Strategy, UX, Design, Development, QA, and Client Services to help deliver digital and technology projects from planning through launch.

Additional Information

This role represents an active vacancy at Havas. You will be joining a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where ideas are encouraged and career development is supported. The hourly range for this position is CAD $30-$40 with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
