Job summary

Enverta Digital, part of Havas Canada, is seeking a Scrum Master to drive day-to-day delivery across digital projects (email, web, and technical initiatives). This role blends Agile project management, team coordination, and delivery oversight in a hybrid Toronto setting.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements, scope, and timelines, track progress, manage risks, and help keep work moving through the full project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting.

Location: Hybrid - 1-2 days per week on-site in downtown Toronto

Overview

We are seeking a Scrum Master who drives day-to-day delivery across digital projects - including email, web, and technical initiatives. This role blends Agile project management, team coordination, and delivery oversight. You will partner with cross-functional teams to establish and align on project requirements, scope, processes, and timelines, while tracking progress, managing risks, and keeping work moving through the full project lifecycle. You will identify and elevate risks or blockers when additional support is needed to keep projects on track.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain and execute project plans from planning through to implementation, deployment and post-production
• Responsible for identifying, communicating, monitoring, and responding to risk
• Communicate effectively and set clear expectations on deliverables and timelines
• Monitor and control project change requests and assess their overall impact on project scope & schedule

Qualifications:

• 5+ years project management experience working in an agency setting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present in a clear and concise way
• Proven time management skills, able to handle conflicting priorities and juggle multiple projects
• Knowledge of MS Office/Project, Jira and Confluence
• Solutions oriented focus with the ability to work through issues with the team
• Agency/Consulting Shop Experience
• Knowledge of Email/Web process workflow
• Prior Experience working within an agency function (Developer, QA Analyst)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience working with enterprise sized multi-national clients
• Ability to understand technologies applicable to a chosen project and facilitate resolution of technical issues as they arise
