Job description

Project Coordinator at Nord Quantique, Sherbrooke, QC, Canada. A mid-level full time position in the Engineering team, listed under business operations.

Our current needs

To support the execution of Phase B of the program, we are hiring a Project Manager to assist our Technical Program Manager. This role is designed to strengthen the operational backbone of the program by supporting document creation, planning, coordination, and reporting activities across a complex, multi-stakeholder R&D environment. The Project Manager will play a key enabling role in ensuring that program information is well organized, schedules and deliverables are accurately tracked, and communications remain clear and timely. While the Program Manager owns overall program execution and interfaces directly with stakeholders, the Project Manager will help maintain the systems, documentation, and coordination mechanisms that allow the program to run smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated by supporting advanced scientific and engineering efforts through strong program execution.

We recognize that expertise can come from a variety of academic or professional paths—not all of which follow conventional trajectories—and we value diversity in that regard.
