The Project Coordinator will have two reporting lines, project reporting will be to the Technical Director, while the functional reporting will be to the Project Manager.

Your role within the team:

  • Review and analyze project controls reports on schedule, cost, milestones, and resources.
  • Track cost and schedule performance, as well as project milestones.
  • Support the Technical Director and Technical Managers in resource management, cost, and schedule management.
  • Assist the Technical Director and Technical Managers in developing "what-if" schedules and recovery plans.
  • Capture minutes of meetings (MoM) for critical meetings, track actions, and ensure timely closures.
  • Prepare change control paperwork and supporting schedules.
  • Collaborate with project controls and conduct critical path schedule analysis.
  • Support other Program Management team members as required.
  • Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored.
