University of Alberta is seeking a Project Coordinator to support undergraduate program projects. The role reports to the Student Services Manager and covers planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful outcomes.
The position is a two-year term with a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote and on-campus activity at North Campus, Edmonton. Collaboration with multiple teams across the Faculty will be essential.

Reporting to the Student Services Manager, the Project Coordinator is a key part of the Student Services team responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and operationalization of various projects related to the undergraduate program. This role works collaboratively with the Student Services and undergraduate programs teams and leaders in the Faculty as well as other campus units.
