Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator based in Edmonton, AB to oversee day-to-day project administration and provide guidance to the Project Management team. You will maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System, process purchase orders, coordinate between vendors, sales and customers, and prepare shop drawings for approval, ensuring timely progress and accurate billing.

You will work in a fast-paced environment with 2–3 years of experience and strong communication

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
• Organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve concerns.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment within time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System.
• Handle purchase order entries and maintain order tracking for all project orders.
• Expedite and follow up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders.
• Coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management and our customers.
• Process shop drawings for approval/record purposes.
• Brand Ambassador: build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. Reflect the corporate image.

What You Will Do With Us

As the Project Coordinator based in Edmonton, AB you will oversee day-to-day assigned projects providing advice and guidance as required. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Project Management team.
