This job offers the opportunity to work from home as part of a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement will allow you to work some days at a TCHC work location and the rest of the time from home. The amount of time required to work at a TCHC work location is flexible, while considering operational and service delivery requirements.
Make a difference
As a Project Coordinator within the Buildings and Energy Systems department, you will be responsible for monitoring remote BAS (Building Automation Systems) operations of HVAC equipment throughout TCHC portfolio and advise or engage TCHC in-house or external vendor to rectify issues in a manner that supports Toronto Community Housing’s tenant focused culture. You will also manage and coordinate daily activities, and other activity related to project coordination, of energy management projects or programs being undertaken by the Smart Buildings and Energy Management (SBEM) unit.
You will monitor and analyze daily energy data consumption of real time electricity, water and gas throughout TCHC portfolio, perform verification of real-time site energy and water meters, track and consolidate all available TCHC real-time energy data for Measurement & Verification (M&V) purposes.
