Job summary

Hatch Ltd. is seeking a Project Controller to support the setup, control, and ongoing management of our services for clients within the Hatch Project Delivery Group.

The role emphasizes developing estimates, loading times, and reporting against progress with close collaboration with Project Managers and discipline leads. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, preparing periodic reports, updating schedules, and maintaining change and trend registers.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Commerce, or Business education background.
• Excellent analytical, writing and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliverables driven.
• Experience in preparing, collating and presenting project, financial and other reports.

Responsibilities

• Confirm progress measurement and earned value methodology and initiate progress reporting.
• Verify project controls execution plan, trend gaps and distribute to Project Manager.
• Confirm periodic reporting and meeting requirements including content, format and frequency.
• Publish the project reporting calendar with cut-off dates, submission dates and issues dates.
• Develop and maintain project change and trend registers.
• Maintain EPCM performance measurement system with baseline estimates, hours and costs.
