Job summary

Hatch in Canada is seeking a Project Controller to join the Project Delivery Group and play a key role in delivering major engineering, infrastructure, energy, and mining projects. You will partner with Project Managers, engineers and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and with accurate forecasting and reporting.

This role offers exposure to large-scale projects, mentorship from experienced leaders, and opportunities to develop skills in project controls,

  • Identify risks, opportunities, and emerging trends, providing early warnings and recommendations.
  • Support change management processes and maintain accurate project data.
  • Develop meaningful dashboards, reports, and performance metrics that support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams across engineering, procurement, construction, project controls, and finance.
  • Help leadership understand project health, risks, and forecast outcomes.
