About the Role

On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, the company seeks a motivated Project Control Officer to take on new challenges.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage relationships and all activities with partners related to program financials, including budget preparation, forecasts, and actuals.
2. Utilize project management software to develop and distribute comprehensive monthly, weekly, and ad hoc financial reports to stakeholders, including templates for project team use.
3. Work closely with the Finance team to support forecasting and tracking of capitalization and amortization.
4. Manage all financial status meetings for the program.
5. Support invoice processing and update internal financial tracking tools (e.g., EPM, Carpe Diem).
6. Manage reporting and tracking of resource utilization.
7. Exercise discretion in managing correspondence and escalate issues when necessary.
8. Serve as the central communication point for team members, management, business partners, and stakeholders on program and platform issues.

Qualifications

Education / Experience:

8+ years of relevant experience.

Key Skills:

• Project management (Agile and Waterfall methodologies)
• Governance and financial project management
• Experience in Financial Services, especially Payments within Banking

• Proficiency in Jira, Excel, MS Project
