Job Description

Project Centre Sales Representatives are sales professionals who partner with customers to fully understand their needs and assist in planning construction and renovation projects. They make recommendations to solve customers' problems, providing a fast-paced and engaging work environment. The position offers a base salary plus commission.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge
  • Understand customer needs and suggest the best solutions for their projects
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, and market conditions
  • Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions
  • Achieve sales targets and produce quotes and material lists
  • Ensure high standards of safety and customer service
  • Resolve customer challenges efficiently
  • Continuously learn about products and market trends
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in sales and customer service
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident, persuasive, energetic, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new software
  • Knowledge of building materials and construction is an asset
