The Project Assistant will report to the Project Manager. This role will be responsible for file maintenance, daily LEMs, timesheet and payroll processing.Data entry for daily timesheets
Timesheet reviews that affect payroll processing, to maintain data integrity and accuracy
Support all payroll communications between site and head office payroll team
Subcontractor LEM entry and crosschecking against subcontractor rate agreements
Process daily LEMs (Labour/Equipment/Material) for billable client activities
Preparing monthly report, preparing subcontracts and purchase orders, (filing LEED documentation as well if we don't have someone assigned for that role)
Maintainprojectlogs and trackers, if required
Assist with procurement documentation and tracking of materials and equipment
Support with gathering and combining all backup documentation required for Daily, Weekly, Monthly Client Reporting
Support material management with material receiving entry against POs
Ensure all billable material is captured on Client LEMs
Support in verification of daily manpower on site
Data Entry for Onboarding of newprojectteam member and maintaining employee data records
Support theprojectteam with general administrative tasks as needed
2+ Years of experience in an administrative role with similar responsibilities
Proficiency with timekeeping systems, Microsoft Excel and material receiving systems
Ability to handle a large volume of data entry while maintaining data integrity
Self-Starter with strong ambitions to grow with the company in the future
Ability to forge, grow and maintain positive relationships with multiple groups
Strong written and oral communication skills
Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment
Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
