Description

We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Administrator (seasonal term) based in our Acheson office. This role involves working with an exceptional management team within a supportive and collaborative company culture. Join us to experience the difference.

The individual will ensure the timely delivery and receipt of project LEMs, manage invoicing through AIMSIO, and assist with project setup upon award. The candidate should have a positive attitude, a structured approach, logical reasoning, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Generate daily LEMs from timesheet information for client submissions.
  • Coordinate with clients on LEM signage at various intervals.
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices.
  • Maintain positive communication with client representatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and field teams to ensure project success.
  • Assist in safety statistics and field documentation signoffs.
  • Support scheduling of fleet maintenance and equipment calibrations.
  • Assist with general project administrative tasks.
  • Track project budgets and request PO or contract amendments.
  • Coordinate employee mobilization, including booking accommodations and flights.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in LEM processes and invoicing.
  • Experience with Aimsio software is an asset.
  • Experience in budget tracking and contract management.
  • Background in Civil Engineering or Construction is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management and administrative procedures.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
