Description
We have an immediate opportunity for a Project Administrator (seasonal term). This position is based in our Acheson office. In this role, you will work with an exceptional management team within a supportive and collaborative company culture. Join our team and experience the difference.

In this role, the individual will ensure the timely delivery and receipt of project LEMs to account for field services, invoicing of projects through AIMSIO, and assist with project setup upon award. The candidate should have a positive attitude, a structured approach, logical reasoning, and high attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Generate daily LEMs from timesheet information for client timeline submittals.
  • Coordinate with client contacts on LEM signage and approvals.
  • Prepare and submit monthly invoices.
  • Maintain positive communication with client representatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and field teams to support project success.
  • Assist in safety statistics and field documentation signoffs.
  • Help schedule fleet maintenance and equipment calibrations.
  • Support project administrative requirements, including budget tracking and PO/contract amendments.
  • Coordinate employee mobilization, including booking accommodations and flights.
Skills & Competencies
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Project Administrator or Coordinator.
  • Proficiency in LEM and invoicing processes.
  • Experience with Aimsio software is an asset.
  • Experience in budget tracking.
  • Familiarity with contract management.
  • Background in Civil Engineering or Construction is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of file management and administrative procedures.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
