Entuitive in Toronto is seeking a Project Administrator to support the national Transportation team. Based in our Toronto office, you will coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, handle correspondence, and assist with travel logistics, helping keep projects moving across the country.

Entuitive is looking for a Project Administrator, based in our Toronto office, to support our growing, national Transportation team. Working closely with project, business development, and internal leaders across the country, this role plays a key part in coordinating meetings, correspondence, presentations, and travel, while helping keep projects, pursuits, and internal initiatives moving forward.It'sa great opportunityto build broad exposure across a dynamic and expanding team, working independently and collaboratively across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills to support cross-functional teams and project delivery effectively.
