Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, or related field, or 4 years of experience.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work more than 40 hours/week.
• Ability to travel and relocate as business requires.
• Leadership experience in some capacity.
• Ability to access all points of a construction site in various climates.
• Commitment to ethics, integrity, and safety.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
