Leadingedgeme is seeking a Project Coordinator / Civil Engineer to support infrastructure, utilities, foundation, and construction projects across Canada. This on-site, full-time role requires coordinating activities with contractors and consultants, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with Canadian standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Civil Engineering or Construction Management background, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project. P.Eng.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, utilities, drilling, piling, foundations, or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, site operations, and project schedules.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular progress reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, documentation, and cost tracking.
• Review technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
• Support site inspections and ensure work is completed according to approved plans.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and applicable building codes.
• Assist with resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
• Support project managers throughout the project lifecycle.

Our client, a well-established construction and infrastructure firm, is seeking a motivated Project Coordinator / Civil Engineer to support infrastructure, utilities, foundation, and construction projects in Canada.

The successful candidate will coordinate project activities, work closely with contractors and consultants, monitor project progress, and help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with applicable Canadian standards and requirements.
