Kassen Recruitment is seeking a Project Accountant to support a major development in Quebec. This role focuses on project costing, financial reporting, and procurement support, offering hands-on experience with cross-functional teams and growing financial processes.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in project accounting, experience in project-based industries, fluency in English and French, and comfort with ERP systems and Excel. Domestic travel to project sites in Quebec may be required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project accounting or project finance.
• Experience in mining, construction, engineering, infrastructure, or other project-based industries.
• Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, cost tracking and financial reporting.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Experience with ERP systems and strong Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditures to support financial management.
• Prepare project financial reports, forecasts and analyses for finance and operations.
• Track commitments, cost allocations, and project spending across lifecycle.
• Support procurement accounting activities including invoices and vendor reconciliations.
• Partner with project managers and operations to provide financial insights.
