Chard is seeking a Project Accountant to support the financial health of development projects from pre-development through post-completion. The Project Accountant plays an important role in supporting the financial health, accuracy, and accountability of Chard’s development projects. This role is responsible for full-cycle accounting for an assigned portfolio of development projects, ranging from pre-development and active construction through to income-producing and post-completion phases.
Working closely with the Development, Construction, Accounting, and Finance teams, this role helps ensure project costs, funding, reporting, reconciliations, and payments are completed accurately, thoughtfully, and on time. The successful candidate will bring strong technical accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-moving, project-based environment.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 to $85,000 based on skills, training and certifications, work experience and other factors.
