Our Global Sales and Services organization is actively recruiting Professional Sales Associates for our 2025 Sales Genesis Program. Through this program, you will undergo a 20 week training course, in our Milford, OH office, that will provide you with the tools needed to understand our product portfolios. After completing this enablement course, you will develop your sales skills and product knowledge through a rotation involving the sales and support teams in our Oakville, ON location and one of the digital manufacturing innovation centers.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:
  1. Improve verbal and written communication skills
  2. Enhance your presentation skills
  3. Gain knowledge in the Digital Enterprise suite of products
  4. Learn our Go-To-Market Sales Strategy
  5. Implement the SVS and Challenger sales methods in sales opportunities
  6. Properly qualify interest within different industries and product domains
  7. Facilitate successful meeting plans
  8. Present the Digital Enterprise value statements to enterprise customers
  9. Support efforts to improve relationships with important customers
  10. Educate customers on the features, functions, and business benefits of SI SW products and solutions and answer questions on capabilities and usage and solve sales and customer problems
  11. Establish enterprise account management strategies
  12. Deploy negotiation tactics throughout a sales opportunity
  13. Contribute to the response to customer Requests for Proposals / Requests for Information, to help complete sales
  14. Network with the extended sales organization
  15. Utilize the extended sales support teams
  16. Understand our different licensing offerings
  17. Participate in the sales process to facilitate sales of software
  18. Utilize knowledge of customer business needs, engineering and manufacturing processes, industry best practices and competitive differentiation
Requirements:
  1. Recent college graduate with a degree in Engineering Technology, Mechanical, Manufacturing, and/or Sales Engineering
  2. University graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  3. Authorization to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship by the company
  4. Willing and able to relocate to Cincinnati, OH for 4 months for Genesis program training
  5. Knowledge of engineering processes for design, product development and manufacturing
  6. Exceptional communication skills
  7. Collaborative, Teamwork based work style
  8. Driven and self-motivated
  9. Strong technical leadership skills
