Qualifications

Job description

The Programmatic Media Specialist, Marketplace Operation, is a key member of OMG’s Digital Inventory team, focusing on building programmatic integrations with publishers across display, video, and audio.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implementing programmatic integrations with digital publishers across display, mobile, and video advertising.
  2. Managing deal-IDs via industry SSP/DSP platforms and OMG’s proprietary digital inventory graph.
  3. Developing publisher relationships with operational counterparts at digital media companies.
  4. Troubleshooting Deal IDs for Trading teams via SSP/DSP/Publishers.
  5. Updating and maintaining Publisher URL lists of PMP Deals.
  6. Updating weekly inventory status documents related to responsibilities.
  7. Performing publisher network analytics to evaluate inventory quality and volume.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with supply-side digital media platforms like Google Ad Manager/Adx, IndexExchange, Magnite, etc., is a plus.
  • Experience in digital media operations, such as an ad operations role at a digital media publisher, is a strong plus.
  • Diligence and attention to detail in executing tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive follow-up skills.
  • Enjoys meeting deadlines and challenges.
  • Willingness to learn.

Target Candidates:

  • Programmatic activation experience interested in expanding knowledge on programmatic inventory.
  • Ad operations experience at digital publishers or ad networks seeking to broaden into programmatic media.
  • Publisher development experience at ad networks aiming to shift to programmatic media.
  • Account management experience at tech platforms looking to apply knowledge to buy-side programmatic media.

Required Experience:

  • Hands-on digital experience with DSP/SSP/Publisher side: 1-2 years.
